Eclipse Digital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Eclipse Digital website and the Eclipse Scheduler application (collectively, the “Services”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Eclipse Scheduler tenants
If you use Eclipse Scheduler as a business owner, we also collect:

Your clients' information
When your clients book appointments through your Eclipse Scheduler booking page, they provide their name, email, and optionally phone number and notes. This information is stored securely in your account, used only to facilitate bookings, and never sold or shared with third parties.

How We Use Your Information

Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted services to operate our platform:

Each service receives only the minimum information necessary to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy policy.
Data Storage and Security
All data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use row-level security to ensure each business can only access their own data. All connections use HTTPS.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days upon written request. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.
